Fishy Lamfuz

You don’t have to drink like a fish to try out this menu, but we’re not here to judge. This menu offers a range of veggie dishes complemented with locally available fish like plaice, cod, halibut, and salmon. 

Starter (choose between)

  • Sweet and naughty (sweet potatoes & butternut squash) soup with rye bread crumble and herbs
  • Marinated smoked fish (salmon or halibut), served with kale or spinach, cumin sautéed potatoes, tomato timur chutney & fresh herbs 
Main Courses
  • Fish gravy (salmon, halibut, cod, or plaice, depending on the season and different from the starter)
  • Choose between banana gravy and spicy beans tama (bamboo shoots with black eyed peas)
  • Sesame seasoned freshly prepared spicy salad
  • Tarkari: spicy veggies of the season
  • Fermented pickles
  • Mixed veggies of the season 
  • Choose between wild rice and brown rice 

 

Dessert

  • Poached pineapple with pineapple sorbet
